Paisley is the most recent addition and is the best bed snuggler.  She has introduced me to lure coursing and it is a lot of fun!

Kate is my border collie and right hand here on the farm.  She is very serious when it comes to the job at hand, but is a goofball away from the sheep.

Darby is our Cardigan Welsh Corgi.  He is an absolute love and enjoys chasing anything that moves 🙂

He puts his heart into everything he does.  We have participated in Obedience, Agility, and Herding.  Currently he is Kate’s best buddy.

We currently have 4 dogs and you might say they are an eclectic crew 🙂  We have an old lab, a border collie, a cardigan welsh corgi, and a whippet.  They each have their own quirky personalities!

Major is my husband’s 12 1/2 year old lab.  He is still going strong and trys to keep everyone in line!

In his prime, he loved to go duck hunting.

Thanks to my husband who gave me a Canon Digital Rebel camera for Christmas several years ago, I realized that I love taking pictures!  This cold weather has brought a lot of birds in looking for food – giving me a wonderful opportunity!

I think this Red Tail Hawk is looking for more than the corn I threw out 🙂

I have been inspired by some friend’s blogs recently and instead of saying “I should do that.”  I am taking action and starting one!  I am going to try to do more of this in 2008.  Hopefully you enjoy reading and laughing about life on the farm.
